Deletion of an application account may not automatically result in deletion of academic records that an educational institution is legally or administratively required to retain.

Uninstalling Academist Student from a device does not automatically delete records maintained within the institution's ERP system.

Academist Student may provide academic notifications, announcements, reminders, and other institution-related communications.

Where push notifications are supported, users may manage notification permissions through their device settings.

Certain important administrative communications may also be provided by participating institutions through other authorized communication channels.

Academist Student may use third-party infrastructure or service providers to support specific features and technical operations.

These services may include hosting infrastructure, notification delivery, authentication support, and payment processing where enabled by an institution.

Where third-party services process information, their processing may also be governed by applicable contractual terms and privacy practices.

Some users may be under the age of 18.

Where required by applicable law, the institution and the platform will follow relevant requirements concerning minors' personal information, including any necessary parental or guardian authorization.
